Embedded Linux/Microcontroller Project
[*************Sistemas Embebidos*************]
BusyBox:
BusyBox combines tiny versions of many common UNIX utilities into a single small executable. It provides replacements for most of the utilities you usually find in GNU fileutils, shellutils, etc. BusyBox provides a fairly complete environment for any small or embedded system.
The Nano-X Window System:
The Nano-X Window System is an Open Source project aimed at bringing the features of modern
graphical windowing environments to smaller devices and platforms.
Nano-X allows applications to be built and tested on the Linux desktop, as well as cross-compiled
for the target device. The Nano-X Window System was previously named
Microwindows, but has been renamed due to conflicts with Microsoft's
Windows trademark. There are two APIs implemented in the system, a
Win32 API and an Xlib-like API. Please read the FAQ for more information. An extensive Architecture document is also available.
Check out the Articles that have been written about Microwindows in the left
sidebar.
